[Talk-cd] Importation de chemins forestières (données du WRI)

Excusez-moi pour toutes les erreurs dans mon français.

C'est un appel à commentaires sur une importation des données du WRI
pour six pays du bassin du Congo (Cameroun, Guinée équatoriale,
Centrafrique (RCA), le Gabon, Rép. Dém. Du Congo (RDC) et la
République du Congo).

Toute l'importation est expliqué dans un wiki (anglais) [1] (avec des
liens vers les fichiers d'origine, les fichiers à importer et des
scripts), et dans un "workflow" wiki d'importation que explique come
faire l'importation (anglais) [2].

L'importation sera fait en utilisant un project dans le HOT TM pour
chaque pays, et sera validé ensuite par un groupe de volontaires, qui
va ajouter plus de pistes et d'autres (encore à déterminer) info.

Tout commentaire en regard de la RDC sera très bienvenue.
