Tiles which are on the major highways have been mapped, tiles with named
settlements have been mapped.

I think I'm the only active mapper on this project and I think its time to
think about whether to continue. The imagery is from 2010 so I'm proposing
to suggest this project be archived to the project manager.

Note to Kevin I think we have the major settlements and highways done and
many of the smaller settlements.  Thanks for the imagery.
