[Talk-cn] strange admin boundaries in china, especially Xinxing County #3031848

Hi Walter,

This mapper has very recent edits, so maybe the best way would be to contact him directly.

If he does not answer, I can try to help, what is the problem exactly? I see that the admin_level 8 boundaries below Xinxing County have been done as ways instead of relations, these ways should be split and reused in relations with the correct role. Is it the only issue?

in this area https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/3031848 a mapper
https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/%E6%98%AF%E7%9A%84%E6%94%B6%E5%85%A5%E5%8F%8D%E8%80%8C%E6%88%91
made a lot of errors. i think he did not understand what "subareas" in
admin boundaries are.

And may be he did the same error in other areas.

Result: many city boundaries (AL8) are wrong/missing in that area.

I would like to contact one of your local mappers to discuss the problem
and may be, he can fix it. He has to be experienced with boundary
relations and should be using JOSM.
