Hello!

I noticed a recent wrong changeset which contained only one way, it is a test edit by new users <https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=8/32.452/121.761>
But it spans 6 latitudes, so it can be seen on the map at zoom level=8. This means it will be visible until next month's re-render, even if the user Ctrl+F5 force refresh will not trigger a re-render. (https://imgur.com/a/cAlARHa)

Especially be associated with the recent conflict in the eastern seas of China (https://twitter.com/duandang/status/1555163336731271168), this may be misleading for visitors from conflict areas.

I know that if it takes a very long time to re-render all the tiles of z1~z12 level globally, is there a way to apply for re-rendering of the local map? For example just re-render the area affected by this changeset from z8-z12? Where should I contact which team?

---

Also, because I am not very familiar with the division of labor among OSM's various working groups, I have tried browsing <https://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/tile-serving> and <https://github.com/openstreetmap/operations> , but I don't think it's appropriate.
