[Talk-co] first version of my tool ready for testing

Hi all,
after a long fight with some silly problems I have checked in a version of
my shp2relations tool
https://github.com/h4ck3rm1k3/shp2relations

you can help test it, with perl OUTFILE.osm infile.osm where the infile is
the output of the shp2osm that we have been importing.
please report any bugs here :

I will be processing the files here

Manchito <http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/User:Manchito> Incomplete
