[Talk-co] Bing image coverage - more updates to wiki page and question about table content

* Addition of all ways reported here have not been completed yet (but will be shortly)
* The coverage-ways are in table form now with a column indicating whether or not they have been added to a coverage relation yet
* In the table are also listed cities and aerodromes labels for which are visible at Zoom=10 in the default Mapnik rendering for the OSM map

Do you feel that addition of that 'covered cities and aerodromes' is a useful piece of information?

What other information should be added to the table to make it more useful to you?  For instance, should placenames for zoom levels greater than 10 (11, 12) be listed?  Should major highways passing through the imagery be listed?
