Hello Mappers,

we need someone with java skills to help us in
building a java system that works as a plug-in for JOSM
for the management of the official coordinates systems of Colombia [1]
style: http://spatialreference.org/ref/epsg/?search=colombia&srtext=Search

This is a very important task because if we manage to do it, many
people and institutions could make direct mapping with
JOSM without needing to convert the files, which would facilitate their
contributions to OSM.
