[Talk-co] Problematic edits in Cúcuta

Buenos días, de veras q necesito apoyo, hay otros usuarios haciendo lo
mismo: eliminando las vías y sustituyendo por rutas de buses.  Al parecer
es un bug en iD.

Part of the problem is the editor iD version 1.7.4, which
