[Talk-co] Problematic edits in Cúcuta

Gracias Andy por la ayuda en este ítem.  Acabo de escribir nuevamente al
usuario pidiéndole nuevamente su suscripción a la lista para poder
coordinar mejor las tareas, especialmente la de enseñarles como mejorar el
mapa de Cúcuta.  Él ha manifestado que es nuevo (2 meses) y que no sabe
como hacer correctamente las ediciones.

Dicté un taller en Cúcuta el martes pasado, pero no sobre temas de mapeo
sino de recolección de datos con GPS/OSMTracker; entonces lo mejor para
este caso es comunicarnos (mientras se suscriben a esta lista) directamente
con los usuarios enviando mensajes por el inbox de OSM.

Andy Thanks for the help on this issue. I just wrote back asking the
user to subscribe
