[Talk-cu] Adding Missing Roads in Cuba

Soy Marjan de TomTom. ¿Está bien si continúo en inglés?
I would like to inform you of a project we have planned in Cuba. We have compared TomTom's own map to OSM, and identified missing roads in OSM based on this analysis.

The missing roads can be added to OSM in this MapRoulette challenge: https://maproulette.org/browse/challenges/24049
Currently the challenge contains about 2,500 tasks, but more will be added in the following weeks.

We will begin working on these tasks in a few weeks, and we invite you to contribute as well.
