[talk-cz] Fix Building and Water Intersections

I see both of these mentioned cases were already fixed by Thartek.

Regarding the first case, its just guesswork where the stream goes
underground.

Regarding the second case, please, check the cadastre map "Czech CUZK:KM".
It clearly shows the right path for the stream.
