Dear Michal,

ad example 1)
At such cases, the preferred workflow is to merge adjacent building
polygons into one building, combining the values of ref:ruian:building.
These are fictional splits required by technical limitations of the current
cadastre. In reality, there is only one building. It solves the spike
problem as a side-effect.
