wenn man sich die history der bergmannstraße-ost in berlin-kreuzberg
ansieht, ziemlich chaotisch (bisherige history siehe unten), allein was
highway= angeht: residential, cycleroad, tertiary, cycleway, path.
momentan ist es dieser wust an tags:

selbst tertiary ist nicht falsch, laut wiki-seite "map features" ist
das für straßen mit durchfahrtscharakter, und den hat sie - für den
radverkehr.
nicht-radverkehr ist allerdings auf anlieger beschränkt.
baulich sieht sie auch aus wie andere mit tertiary getaggte straßen in
der gegend.

ich hielte es für am passendsten, ein tag cycleroad einzuführen, und
diese straßen wie residential zu rendern, nur mit einem blassen blauton.

oder haltet ihr es für real machbar, die rendererregelwerke so zu
trimmen, dass sie die fahrradstraßen anhand der tags zuverlässig
erkennen?
würde ein bicycle=designated dafür reichen?
das würde dann noch voraussetzen, dass die fahrradstraßen einheitlich
genug getaggt werden...

das maxspeed=30 z.b. halte ich für bedenklich, denn es folgt weder
aus der ausschilderung noch aus der StVO, sondern lediglich aus einem
gerichtsurteil?
wenn die hM sich dahingehend ändert, 20 km/h für die "mäßige
geschwindigkeit" zu halten, dann sind die tags falsch.
bei den verkehrsberuhigten bereichen gehen die meinungen der richter,
was denn "schrittgeschwindigkeit" sei, auseinander.
da haben wir allerdings kein problem beim taggen, denn da haben wir
das tag highway=living_street, die geschwindkeitsbegrenzung ergibt
sich implizit.
