My name is Andrea Hecker and I am a student at the Justus-Liebig-
University of Giessen/ Germany. I am currently writing on my diploma 
thesis "Attitudes towards English as a possible Lingua Franca in a 
multilingual society. The case of Switzerland". For this purpose I 
designed a survey (available in English, German and French) to find 
out the real attitudes of the Swiss towards the English language. You 
get to this survey by using one of the links below this message.
I contact you because you work/ live in Switzerland and I would like 
to ask you to participate in my survey and/ or to distribute my E-mail

among your Swiss colleagues, friends, family members, relatives, 
students, etc. The survey is open for at least two more weeks. You DO 
NOT need to inform me if you can´t or don´t want to participate.
The survey is anonymous and free of cost but your participation would 
help me a lot in my research project!
