Es gab eine Änderung der Lizenz-Bedingungen (nicht in Bezug auf die 
verwendete Projektion und Caching-/Cascading-Verbot, aber in Bezug auf 
"secondary products"), um auf unsere Bedürfnisse einzugehen:

Das dürfte als grundsätzlich Erlaubnis ausreichend sein (ggf. müssen wir das 
bei Lizenz-Wechsel noch einmal abklären, aber CC BY SA ist auch auch 
explizit nur als Beispiel einer freien Lizenz genannt).

In Kürze noch einmal die Eck-Daten: Österreichweite Abdeckung, 1m/Pixel 
Auflösung, (vorerst?) auf 2 Jahre befristet, (nur) in einer Österreichischen 
Lambert Conical Conformal Projektion, keine Erlaubnis für das 
(systematische?) Cachen der Bilder oder für das Cascading (also kein Tile-
Server, vermutlich auch keine Um-Projektion on the fly, daher bisher nur 
Unterstützung durch Merkaartor, solange Josm die Projektion nicht nativ 
beherrscht).
