Mein Stand ist neuer (nicht zuletzt weil mein HInweis auf die Minutes in 
der
News gelöscht wurde und auch an den Minutes in der Zwischenzeit rumeditert
wurde).

Die neue (halb-)offizielle Lesart ist wohl das man sich das jetzt mal 
überlegt.

PS: das ganze wurde ja schon am 9.11 auf #osm diskutiert, eigentlich 
hätte die
       LWG mehr als genug Zeit gehabt zu überlegen ob sie das wirklich 
so verbreiten
       wollen, deshalb hab ich ja auch mit dem Hinweis etwas gewartet.
