[Talk-de] [OSM-talk] public_transport=platform not rendered

I changed all the public_transport=platform nodes I worked on recently back
to highway=bus_stop. And hurray, they are rendered once again now.

Since I used a slightly larger bounding box than Belgium, I couldn't help
but notice that there are quite a few stops in Aachen which also only have
public_transport=platform. It's not purely a rendering issue, those stops
won't be taken into account by any software at the moment, as it seems.

I didn't touch those. I'll leave it up to the local contributors to either
add highway=bus_stop to those nodes or replace public_transport=platform
with highway=bus_stop.
