[Talk-de] Openrailwaymap zoom < 11 tile rendering

I noticed that Openrailwaymap seems to take a very long time to
rerender the big tiles:

At zoom level up to 10, changes that have been made weeks ago are
still not visible. But when I zoom in to 11 or further, even changes
made a day ago seem to be there.
Is there any particular reason for this?
