Das ist wohl Teil der Reaktion auf den "Open Letter"

der u.a. einen Code of Conduct, Frauen- Trans- und
Drittweltbürgerquoten, Diversity- und Inclusiontraining für Funktionäre,
fordert.

Die Unterzeichenr des Open Letter sehen Handlungsbedarf: "many OSM
spaces are characterised by white male superiority and toxic
meritocracy", "We believe it is time to reassess how OSM and OSMF are
organized and governed", "The “do-ocracy” prioritises people of
privilege; […] This approach is ​actively counterproductive to the
diversity and inclusion agenda​".
