[Talk-do] Dominican Republic Missing Roads project

Hello everyone,

I'm Marjan from TomTom.

I would like to inform you of a project we have planned in the Dominican Republic. We have compared TomTom's own map to OSM, and identified missing roads in OSM based on this analysis.

The missing roads can be added to OSM in this MapRoulette challenge: https://maproulette.org/browse/challenges/24010
Additional information is available in the challenge description. For now there are around 1,500 cases, but we will add more over time.

We will begin working on these tasks in a few weeks, and we invite you to contribute as well.
