Hi guys from Latvia!


Finally someone started to discuss idea of regional meeting, thank you for
that. I suggest to take this discussion over talk-baltics at openstreetmap.org,
as everyone subscribed to talk-ee/talk-lv/talk-lt can also participate.

On side note, Tartu is propably more preferable for most of mappers from
Latvia, but I personally mind go to Tallin in summer too :)
