Well, I expect to be able to import national/provincial/municipal borders from 
the spanish IGN in a month or two, when we got the chapter finally up and 
running. Their borders are quite more accurate than the current ones in OSM, 
so expect me to utterly destroy the spain-france border when the time 
comes. :-D
