hi !

thanks for message - but when in put 
http://www.idee.es/wms/PNOA/PNOA?SERVICE=WMS&VERSION=1.1.1&REQUEST=GetMap&SRS=EPSG:4326&LAYERS=pnoa&STYLES=&FORMAT=image/jpeg& 
into my josm-wms-dialog i get the message that it is unable to get 
layer-informations !

can you help me ?
