No te preocupes, Aitor. Un malentendido no es más que eso: un
malentendido.

Lo que hiciste (hicimos) no es algo que afecte gravemente a nada, ni
mucho menos. Otra cosa es que perseverásemos en el mismo error. Aquí
todos estamos, sin excepción, con ganas de trabajar y de aportar
nuestro granito de arena, donando muchas horas de nuestro tiempo libre
a algo que nos apasiona. Nada más. Si esto fuese para mi un trabajo o,
simplemente, no me resultase atractivo ni me llenase, adiós muy
buenas. Y creo que todos los que somos voluntarios lo hacemos por eso,
por que nos gusta, a no ser que se sea masoquista.

Si lees el mensaje de bloqueo de pnorman en la bandeja de entrada de
catastro_la_coruna en la web de osm, verás que pone (quinto párrafo)
"This block is set to last until you log on to read the message". Así
que para desbloquear la cuenta sólo tienes que entrar como usuario
catastro_la_coruna, leer el mensaje y ya está desbloqueado.

Sería también recomendable que escribieses algo a pnorman, just to be
nice ;-)

There are a few problems with this. The first is that the problems
with many multipolygons appear to have not been fixed. These problems
were that too many multipolygons were being generated for what was a
simple geometry.

The second problem is that you are importing features other than
highways and leisure=park. Although the tags have not yet been
uploaded, this is evident from where the nodes are. As pointed out
http://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/imports/2012-March/001313.html only
those features were consulted on with the imports@ list. If you want
import more data you need to propose a new import.

This block is set to last until you log on to read the message. When
you have done that, please revert your imports. If you do not feel
able to revert your import let me know and I can do it for you.

Few days ago, in talk-es en openstreetmap.org, people said that we could
start to upload data from the spanish cadastre, and I just did that
for a small municipality (Pontecesures) in the north of Pontevedra
province ( http://osm.org/go/b9LyoEg~- ).

I've been mapping hard for the last 3 years (user edvac:
http://hdyc.neis-one.org/?edvac ) and I love contributing to this
wonderful project as a "normal" mapper, but it seems there is some
misunderstanding in what we can upload to OSM from the spanish cadastre.

I've just sent an e-mail to talk-es reporting this issue, and asking
them to please clarify if we can really upload data generated with
cat2osm program, and what we can upload.

I very much appologize for the mess created, but the only thing I can
tell you is that I did it with my best intention of improving the map,
as I do everywhere ( http://yosmhm.neis-one.org/?edvac ) since I
discovered the OSM project 3 years ago.

I'm not a programmer, and I don't know how to reverse the changes from
a changeset. I'm very sorry about that, and I have to tell you that I
feel very embarrassed about all this mess created.

Nunca pensé que tuviese que decir esto (pensaba que ya era implícito),
pero yo, naturalmente, pongo también mi "cargo de responsable" de
Pontevedra y Ourense en manos de quien buenamente quiera asumirlo.
Teniendo en cuenta que Galicia cuenta con la mitad de entidades de
población de toda España, aparte de un minifundismo paradigmático, no
sería poco de lo que me "libraría"...
