[OSM-talk-fr] INSEE data source

Hi,

Reading the license, I guess we can extract the data and use it  
freely. The restrictions only seems to apply if you want to  
redistribute the CD or application as is.
We just need to acknowledge the source as being "INSEE -  
Correspondances adresses-zonages urbains" and keep the data  
integrity. This last thing is a bit fuzzy to me though so it's  
probably better to check with the INSEE. But for the rest, I'm  
reading it the same way as you did.
