Tu peux utiliser xmllint, qui se trouve dans le paquet libxml2-utils
(en tout cas sous Debian/Ubuntu). Pour l'utiliser, faire:

xmllint --schema http://www.topografix.com/GPX/1/0/gpx.xsd --valid Trk_08-05-25_15-25-54.xml --noout

Pour mon cas précis, ça donne effectivement:

Trk_08-05-25_15-25-54.xml:39: element course: Schemas validity error : Element '{http://www.topografix.com/GPX/1/0}course': [facet 'minInclusive'] The value '-326.1' is less than the minimum value allowed ('0.0').
Trk_08-05-25_15-25-54.xml:39: element course: Schemas validity error : Element '{http://www.topografix.com/GPX/1/0}course': '-326.1' is not a valid value of the atomic type '{http://www.topografix.com/GPX/1/0}degreesType'.
Trk_08-05-25_15-25-54.xml fails to validate
