[OSM-talk-fr] Roundabout : oneway=true par défaut

Je sais que ce point a été discuté en chat "français", un jour, mais...
Je trouve que, quand on a un Roundabout, il serait intelligent d'ajouter un oneway = true.
Je ne vois pas de raison logique pour laquelle on ne mettrait pas ce oneway.

highway tag with junction=roundabout is probably the single highway
case where "oneway" is true by default.
