Cadastral data are only for administrative level 8. A few were imported
along the France-Spain frontier as you can see here.

The France-Spain frontier is an old import of the CIA World Database.
You can modify these ways :)

Where there are Cadastral Data, how can you be sure your data are
better ? Do you have the coordonates of the "mojones" ?
