C'est une assez bonne traduction de l'anglais "locality" vers "lieu-dit", le 
problème c'est qu'il faut traduire non pas venant de l'anglais, mais venant 
de osm.

Et en langage "osm" locality ça veut dire "nom de lieu non habité"  qui ne 
veut plus dire "lieu dit"
