The import guidelines

the need to use a dedicated account 
<http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import/Guidelines#Use_a_dedicated_user_account>. 
The DWG feels that the need to use a dedicated account is a sound policy 
and is supported by our experiences in editing in areas with imports, 
cleaning up imports and the recent redaction experience, particularly in 
Poland.

The importing you are doing is not a small local import. I have my 
database reloading but a quick estimate gives me well over 2.5 million 
changes that you have made during imports.

Bonjour,

Si quelqu'un pouvait expliquer à ce monsieur, ce que je fais avec le 
cadastre, avant que je fasse un malheur.

Je ne suis pas un vandale ! et je n'ai pas vocation à changer de loggin 
quand j'ajoute un bâti au milieu de mes autres contributions.

J'ai effectivement produits un grand nombre de données d'imports (sur 
quel critères fait-il justement la différence), mais j'accumule aussi 
plus de 16000 modifications (changesets).

Sur le délais rétablissement de ma coupure, je travaille actuellement 
avec une cycliste sur la région Loire / les châteaux et j'ai besoin de 
continuer à transposer ses notes *immédiatement* : mon temps (personnel) 
est précieux !

Merci à tous ceux qui participeront au dénouement de cet incident (qui 
j'espère pourra faire jurisprudence pour la France & le cadastre)
