Il y a aussi StaticMapLite

Qui est basé sur un logiciel libre sous licence Apache
https://github.com/dfacts/staticmaplite

Et bien que le serveur https://staticmap.openstreetmap.de ne supporte
pas les referrers en https, on peut quand même obtenir des images.
