Rebonjour,

Par principe, l'idée de nettoyer automatiquement les vieilles étiquettes 
peu utilisées me convient très très bien.

Une phrase cependant me paraît risquer de provoquer un rejet : 
"automated edits to remove the deprecated tag would be authorized"

D'abord on pourrait ajouter "in accordance with 
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Automated_Edits_code_of_conduct" ?


Et serait-il lourd de proposer de conditionner cela à :

* les éditeurs, outils de qualité et de rendu ont largement intégré la 
proposition

* la dépréciation est rentrée dans l'usage (tag history)


Deuxième suggestion, qui reprend en particulier des formulations faites 
par d'autres ici, on pourrait ajouter un paragraphe du style :

§3.2 Set up a migration period
The proposal of deprecation should include a follow-up of actions.

After the vote in favor of the deprecation
Write tickets for renderers and data consumers
     to take into consideration the new tag
Write tickets for editors
     to propose the new tag
     to not propose anymore the deprecated tag
     to display warnings if the deprecated tag exists
Write tickets for QA tools
     to accept the new tag
     to display warnings and suggest edition of the deprecated tag

After one year
Write tickets for renderers and data consumers
     to not render anymore the deprecated tag

After two years
     To make an assessment of the deprecating process (follow-up of 
actions and tag history)
     If the deprecation seems largely accepted, propose automatic or 
semi-automatic edition
