You've missed Keats Close.

For what it's worth, I'm checking places off by doing searches for their
postcodes (ideally using just a general google search hoping for a business
website with the address listed, but sometimes resorting to royal mail),
then doing address searches on postcodes that are similar (same method),
then checking out OSM for the "nearby address" I've found. Mostly I've
found obvious spelling errors, or "no-name" streets in the locality. Since
this data is likely contaminated by being derived from the post-code
database, I'm finally using the information discovered to go and out do a
proper survey of the street. The most interesting one so far has been
Peterley Road <http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/3170885> which along
with Pony Road was completely unsignposted - I ended up taking photos of
businesses at key points (and those I thought likely to have a website) and
then looking up the address given by the businesses on their own websites.

I mention Keats Close in particular, because I just can't find it anywhere
in Oxford - no postcode is associated! Once we're down to the final one or
two like this, I'll go back to the council bloke and ask him if he can give
me a hint as to where they are - they might be new developments, I suppose.
