[Talk-gb-westmidlands] Mappa Mercia updates

Hi Christoph

Great work on the Mappa Mercia web site - it looks really neat. I'm not sure
about using the main map as a home page - it makes sense to us as hard-core
Birmingham mappers but newcomers might need a bit of explanation (even
though there is an About tag in the menu). Can I suggest putting the map
into a large frame and adding the text ( or soem of it)  from the About page
next to it
