[Talk-gb-westmidlands] Press Release

Hi,

Been working on the Press Release on and off. The deadline we set is
coming up (I think it's Monday), so I've had another go at it this
morning.

I'm not the most eliquent of writers, but I think everything that is
important is there, and it's not too long.

It would be great if someone could read over it and make any
ammendments to make it flow a bit better, and make it more concise.
I've started adding links to the bottom that are talked about in the
press release, but haven't got around to referencing them in the
release itself.
