The NaPTAN import is gearing up and ready to widen beyond the  
Birmingham trial area to anywhere that wants it.

NaPTAN is the official UK dataset for all public transport access  
points (bus stops, ferry terminals, airports, railway station  
entrances etc). It will make it easier to integrate OSM with public  
transport applications in future and contains a lot of information  
that is not possible to gather on the ground.

If you would like to have this data for your area then please added  
your details to the NaPTAN request page [1] for one or more counties.  
You can read more about the import on the NaPTAN page [2] or on talk- 
transit[3].
