Hi everyone

Just to alert you to this user who's an inexperienced newbie and has moved a
load of POIs around randomly in the Small Heath area of Birmingham. I've
manually reverted them all.
He's (she's?) only done two changesets both on 15th October and has not been
active since. At this stage I haven't contacted them as I'm hoping that
possibly they've got bored and I don't want to re-activate them by sending
them an email. If they re-appear I'll contact them with a friendly wlecome
and offer of help, but we all need to be alert to this happening in areas
we're interested in.
