Other than survey and guesswork, I used the "orthogonalise shape" option

I've added a layer=-1 for the road underneath (and the same for the
footpath under staff house) - thanks for pointing this out.

There is still lots to do, in particularly north of Pritchatts Road. I'm
using the wiki page for B'ham Uni (reachable via the mappa-mercia
webpage) to co-ordinate the mapping with the others.
