[Talk-gb-westmidlands] Walsall gritting

Best thing to do is get a table up on the mappamercia wiki page in OSM where
people can sign up to a route and indicate completion. I'll try to get some
done but my priority is to get the aerial imagery tracing completed and
surveyed for landuse
