Hi Robin Thanks for that. I've been thinking about this and maybe it's
because the name lookup works by searching for the nearest available region
and is finding that the Black Country is the nearest - pehaps the only one -
in the UK? I'm wondering that region as a tag in the place name hierarchy
is only for official postal and/or admin regions and perhaps it would be
better to delete the node.
