[Talk-gb-westmidlands] Boundaries

HI everyone

I'm collaborating with Steve Brook,  who has imported the Worcs boundary
from  the OS opendata source OpenBoundaryLine, in order to merge the West
Mids, Birmingham City Council and Solihull boundaries where they touch
Worcs with his new, accurate boundary relation.

So far everything seems to be working, but this is a heads up in case it
all goes wrong and you're puzzling as to what's happened to our boundaries!

There will be duplicate boundaries in some areas until I can get the task
completed

I've suggested that he might like to help us by importing the Birmingham
ward boundaries (assuming of course that they're in the OPenBoundaryLine
data)
