[Talk-gb-westmidlands] Centro bus-info artwork

Many Centro bus stops have a nearby information display board, with an
artwork on top.

I plan to start adding them to the map, both as an info point and an
artwork (unless anyone is already doing so?).

The Centro website used to have an article about them and their
artists, but itls gone AWOL.
