[Talk-gb-westmidlands] Tagging lift-shafts at railway stations

Some of our local railway stations (Aston, The Hawthorns) have
lift-shafts with associated towers, clearly visible in Bing and from
the ground.

How should these be tagged?

Is there a suitable tag such as access:lift, for the platforms which
they serve? Should they also be tagged, say, access:steps, to indicate
that the lift is not the only method of access?
