FOSS4G is at Nottingham 17-21st September 2013 http://2013.foss4g.org/ and follows AGI conference
So when is more important than where.

All welcome for Open Mercia at Birmingham Science park this Thursday 3.00 to 5.00 and 6.00 to 7.30pm. Finding open data and postcodes on the agenda. More at http://opendatauser.posterous.com/ when I write the blog post.
