Yes, avoiding name collisions is the best argument perhaps for z19 & z20.
Incidentally the fr tile server does z20 as well but has a somewhat quirky
rendering style in places, though I like they way they render football
pitches and tennis courts.

I like the extra detail that is possible with this view. Where I have an
east west line of houses no numbers only names they all are viewable on this
set up.
