[Talk-gb-westmidlands] Update shops, pubs and restaurants

Yes, it would be nice to make a project out of it. But I think it only
makes sense if more people are willing to contribute.

How to contribute? Pick an area, and make sure that all shops, pubs
and restaurants are (or get) mapped. It doesn't need to be a large
area. One shopping street, or a couple of residential streets, would
be a useful contribution already. Also, it doesn't need to be an area
with much shops. In most cities, shops in residential areas take
longer to get mapped than shops in the city center, so contributions
in residential areas are especially welcome. Even confirming that
there are no shops or restaurants at all in a given area is useful.

If any people are interested, I can create a wiki page for the project.
