[Talk-gb-westmidlands] Fixing tag error

Hi Andy,

As Rob said, go to taginfo page and click JOSM button for artist:name, 
this will load the relevant objects in JOSM.  Then do a search (Ctrl F), 
and search for "artist:name" (include the quotes).  This will select the 
relevant objects, then double click on the artist:name tag in the 
properties pane and change the : to an _ and OK and upload!  Just done 
it for you but haven't uploaded, thought you might like the honour but 
if you want me to commit it just should in the next hour.
