[Talk-gb-westmidlands] Interesting signage

[Nick Verdegem]

I used to work in Monaco House (the building next door) and i'm sure
someone told me it actually brings you into the carpark for that site.
 I've never seen anyone use it however.  Maybe its actually a secret
underground bunker? :)
