[Talk-gb-westmidlands] New imagery

Yay, some new aerial imagery thanks to Digital Globe. I can't see the url
to load this in to JOSM but tested it in iD editor and it's more up to date
than anything else we have in Coventry (the Digital Globe "standard" layer)
