The TfWM press release calls them "West Midlands Cycle Hire", which also
appears to be on the signs.
According the the schemes website [1] it uses the Beryl Bike app which
appears to mostly have 1 star reviews at the moment, but is using Mapbox
maps in their screenshot.

The cynic in me would like to point out that we don't usually map temporary
objects.
